The REDA_NEXt 3rd Project Progress & Stakeholders Meeting will take place on 19–20 October 2026 in Istanbul, Türkiye, hosted by the Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Disaster Management Institute, at the ITU Ayazağa Campus.

The two-day meeting will bring together project partners and stakeholders to review the progress achieved since the previous meeting in Constanța, assess the current status of technical activities and pilot implementations, and coordinate the priorities and milestones for the next project period.

The agenda includes an Opening & Stakeholders’ Session, technical discussions on the harmonisation of seismic hazard and risk assessment methodologies, the ongoing upgrade of the REDA.p platform, pilot studies and their integration into a common regional framework. The meeting will also address project management, dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities and will conclude with a technical visit to the ITU Earthquake and Structure Laboratory and monitoring applications.
